To help us process your complaint as efficiently as possible, please ensure you have the following information available when you contact us.

Written complaint to the fund company

A copy of your original complaint letter or email to the fund company and any response you received.

B

Fund account documents

Relevant account statements, transaction confirmations, or fund holding certificates relating to the dispute.

C

Fund prospectus or KID

The Key Information Document (KID) or fund prospectus in force at the time of the relevant transaction.

D

Description of the dispute

A clear, concise statement of what you believe went wrong, when it occurred, and what remedy you are seeking.
